All taxes and duties are automatically calculated at checkout and paid by the customer.

How do I track my order?

Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can click the tracking number directly in the email, or contact us at service@danubeblue.com for assistance.

What if my tracking has not moved or the package arrives late?

If your package has not updated for a long time, please contact us immediately at service@danubeblue.com so we can verify the status. If your package is delivered later than the promised timeframe on our website for any reason, we will send you a prepaid return label and issue a 100% refund.
