Yes. Shipping time is counted in business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
Who pays taxes and duties?
All taxes and duties are automatically calculated at checkout and paid by the customer.
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can click the tracking number directly in the email, or contact us at service@danubeblue.com for assistance.
What if my tracking has not moved or the package arrives late?
If your package has not updated for a long time, please contact us immediately at service@danubeblue.com so we can verify the status. If your package is delivered later than the promised timeframe on our website for any reason, we will send you a prepaid return label and issue a 100% refund.
We could ship to the United States, except Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Pacific, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Americas.
